Booking & Reservation Policy

Royal Puerto Plata Experience provides tours, excursions and private transfers in Puerto Plata and across the Dominican Republic. This document forms part of our service agreement with customers.

How to book

Reservations can be made through our tour booking system, email at info@royalpuertoplataexperience.com or Info@RoyalPPX.com, phone at +1 (849) 221-0784, or the WhatsApp button in the bottom-right corner of this website. Your tour specialist Marino Almonte can assist you 24/7.

Confirmation

A reservation is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from Royal Puerto Plata Experience or the booking system, including date, time, pickup location, service type, number of passengers and payment status.

Payment options

Depending on the service, you may pay with PayPal, credit card or pay the driver on arrival. Available methods are shown during checkout. Full or partial prepayment may be required for certain routes or peak dates.

Pickup zones

Pickup is available from hotels, cruise ports, airports, Puerto Plata city, Sosúa, Cabarete, Playa Dorada, Cofresi and other areas by request. Exact meeting points are confirmed after booking.

Availability

All bookings are subject to availability. We recommend reserving in advance for cruise days, high season and airport transfers.

Changes

Date, time or pickup changes may be accepted subject to availability. Contact us as early as possible to avoid cancellation penalties.

Special requests

Child seats, accessibility needs, extra luggage or custom stops should be requested at booking. We will confirm feasibility before service.
